Another real good one! I kept coming back to this in my mind throughout the day yesterday; thank you!

I’d say that coming back to “what might this present moment need/what is this present moment like?” was helpful in increasing focus and reducing stress.

Adam, I love the invitations you’re making. Little nudges toward awareness. And the possibility of changing our experience of the workplace, how we relate to the present moment, and our role in the larger scheme of things. Time, rhythm, pacing…consciousness. There’s a beautiful 3 part conversation on this that was hosted by Perspectiva. Part One is here: https://youtu.be/ar2SR0I74nc?si=4qFB0mYEnAwN3uwf

Absolutely. Thank you for pointing me to this. I totally agree with the speaker that COVID exposed how fragile our conventions are. He's way more articulate than my fumbling.

I also heard a talk from Evan Thompson on his book tour, The Blind Spot, and he makes the simple point that the clock measures, but it doesn’t originate. Wow.

Speaking for myself, I can see a wild new relationship with time. Thanks again for turning me onto this!
